Write a 4 paragraph letter to President Johnson.  Your aim in this is to list two things that you think he is doing wrong or what is wrong with our country (in the mid 1960's)

You need an Intro paragraph, 2 bodied paragraphs and a conclusion

Create a Graphic Organizer on chapter 24 section 3.  Topic is Political Divisions.  Subtopics are each of the sections highlighted in Red.  You need to make an organizer that tells the who, what, when, where, why?

Example Organizer:


Write a letter to a government official (President Johnson) regarding how you feel the Vietnam War is being run.  Come up with two points of emphasis you would like him to know and what you think should be done to fix the problems.  Your letter must be 4 paragraphs (Intro, Body, Body, Conclusion)
